Return Policy

Returns

 

All products are checked for quality before dispatch.

While we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process.

Should this happen please contact our Customer Service at +852 5691 2643 or email to cs@icubi.com to request for returns.

 

Returns policy

After receiving the product, if it is defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the product is wrongly shipped, or shipped with an incorrect order quantity, please contact our Customer Service to request for returns within 7 days after signing the receipt of product. If we cannot receive the request within 7 days, we reserve our right to reject the returns.

 

Please return the product according to Returns procedures. After receiving the returned parcel, iCUBI Mall will inspect the returned product. If verified that you fulfill the Returns policy, we will proceed to Refund.

 

Please note that:

We do not accept any returns due to subjective reasons and personal preference

Each order only allows to return once

There is no exchange service at iCUBI Mall

 

Non-returnable Product

Returns and refund of a product will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

 

  • Product is not requested for returns within 7 days after signing of receipt
  • Product without official invoice
  • Only with official invoice but not the product
  • Product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box)
  • Product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts or with remarkable dirt
  • Product without original packaging, tags, certificates, manufacture warranty card, instructions, gifts and all other accessories
  • Any food products
  • Any 50% off products
  • Any Hong Kong attractions tickets
  • Any free gifts, trial packs or samples
  • Any returns due to subjective reasons and personal preference

 

Returns procedures

If verified that you fulfill the Returns policy, please return the product according to Returns procedures.

  1. You must send an email with a photo of the relevant product to cs@icubi.com to request for returns within 7 days after signing the receipt of product.
  2. Our Customer Service will provide you with a Return Form, an authorization code for returns, and also the return address.
  3. Complete the Return Form with provided reasons, order number, return product name and quantity. Include the Form and the return product, packed and sealed in the parcel to be returned. Please include the original packaging, tags, certificates, manufacture warranty card, instructions, gifts and all other accessories in the parcel.
  4. Arrange delivery of returns to iCUBI Mall within 7 days receiving the authorization code for returns from our Customer Service. You will be responsible for the returns shipping cost.
  5. After receiving the returned parcel, iCUBI Mall will inspect the returned product. If verified that you fulfill the Returns policy, we will proceed to Refund. After the refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  6. The value of the product will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order. (it may take up to 30 working days after iCUBI Mall confirmed the refund). 15% of the value of products will be charged as handling fee. Please note that all delivery fee, customs, duties and taxes incurred, used e-coupon and iCUBI reward points are non-refundable.

 

Undeliverable orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts,

recipient refuse to pay tax/ cannot provide document for identity check/ unable to make import declarations/ unable to pick up the package within the stay period in the Designated Hotels/ or package refused by receiver.

 

When the delivery courier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will proceed to Returns and Refund procedures.

 

Refund policy

If verified that you fulfill the Returns policy, we will proceed to Refund.

The value of the product will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order. (it may take up to 30 working days after iCUBI Mall confirmed the refund)

If any promotional discount, e-coupon or reward point was applied at time of purchase, the value of the product to be refunded shall not exceed the amount you paid at the time of purchase for that product.

15% of the value of product will be charged as handling fee.

Please note that all delivery fee, customs, duties and taxes incurred, used e-coupon and iCUBI reward points are non-refundable.

After the refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

We reserve the right to amend the Returns and Refund policy without prior notice. In case of dispute, iCUBI Mall reserves the right of final decision.

 

 

FAQ for product returns

 

1. How long will it take for me to get the refund? How will the refund be made?

After receiving the return parcel, iCUBI Mall normally takes 2-3 business days to inspect the returned product.

If verified that you fulfill the Returns policy, we will proceed to Refund.

The value of the product will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order. (it may take up to 30 working days after iCUBI Mall confirmed the refund)

 

2. I have received your “Refund completed” email but the refund amount seems not yet credited to my bank account?

If you have received our “Refund completed” email, that means we have completed the refund request to the card issue bank through Paypal. Since we are unable to control the exact finish time from card issue bank, we would suggest you to check with your card issue bank directly.
